Program Descriptions

VOLLEYTOTS/VOLLEYKIDS

  • This program runs multiple times per year
  • 4-6 week sessions (1 day per week)
  • Ages 6-12
  • Geared toward new volleyball players
  • Program goal is to teach the fundamentals of the game in a fun environment that is age appropriate

 

VOLLEY LEAGUE

  • This program runs 2 – 3 times per year
  • 6 week session (1 practice day and 1 tournament day per week)
  • Ages 6-14
  • Geared toward beginner, intermediate and advanced level players
  • Program goal is to teach the fundamentals of the game, challenge the different skill levels, and ultimately put it all together on competition days

 

SUMMER CAMPS

  • This program runs June – August
  • 4 day sessions (consecutive days)
  • Ages 6-18
  • Geared toward all volleyball players and skill levels
  • Program goal is to teach the fundamentals of the game and progress in skill development as the camps progress.  We offer a wide variety of camp options (setting, attacking, defense, all skills) to accommodate the needs of our campers

 

BOYS SUMMER PROGRAM

  • This program runs from May – June
  • 6 week session, 2 practices per week
  • 2 tournaments
  • Ages 12-18
  • Geared toward current club players and athletes looking to keep their skills fresh for their upcoming middle school and high school seasons
  • A great program to try if you are considering club volleyball
  • Program goal is to teach the fundamentals of the game and build upon the already existing skill levels of each player

 

BEACH CLUB

  • This program runs from May – August
  • 3 ½ month program, 2 practices per week
  • Approximately 4 tournaments
  • Ages 12-18
  • Geared toward current club players and athletes looking to develop beach skills as well as improve their indoor game
  • Program goal is to teach the fundamentals of the game, adapt to the differences of the outdoor game and strengthen all volleyball skills (setting, passing, defense, serving, attacking, blocking)

 

BOYS CLUB

  • This program runs from September – February
  • Ages 12-18
  • 5 month program, 2 – 3 practices per week with additional weight training
  • Approximately 2 tournament per month beginning in November
  • 1 out of state travel event (ages 15-18)
  • Geared toward athletes that want to make their high school and middle school teams
  • Program goal is to compete at a high level and continue at a collegiate level

 

GIRLS YOUTH CLUB

  • This program runs from November – June
  • Ages 10-14
  • 7 month program, 2-3 practices per week with additional weight training
  • Approximately 2 tournaments per month beginning in January
  • 1 out of state travel event (ages 13-14)
  • Geared towards athletes that want to make their middle school teams
  • Program goal is to teach the fundamentals of the game and compete at a high level

 

GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL CLUB

  • This program runs from November – June
  • Ages 15-18
  • 7 month program, 2-3 practices per week with additional weight training
  • Approximately 2 tournaments per month beginning in January
  • 2 out of state travel events
  • Geared towards athletes that want to make their high school teams
